The Full body detox program
The Full Body Detox Program is designed to address sickness and dis-ease from a wholistic perspective. When we speak of wholistic, we are refering to the WHOLE body...the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body, and the spiritual body. The interconnectedness of the whole.
Although 70% of dis-ease and stress states of the body are caused by poor food choices, there are also emotional & mental factors that can cause dis-ease to the body. The Full Body Detox is meant to bring into awareness those emotions, thoughts, and habits that are not serving our highest good, put into motion a release, jumpstart the body's natural healing & regeneration process, and ultimately bring about a total wellness of mind, body & spirit.
The Full Body Detox will include a health & wellness assessment and consultation, a raw food detox plan to meet your health challenges, periodic energy healing sessions, and suggested detox therapies geared for your specific healing needs. Regular check-ins are also included to provide support & guidance on your healing journey.
